LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics
of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 2nd quarter of 2026 as follows.

In the 2nd quarter of 2026, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 23,829.7 billion (as
compared to KRW 23,727.2 billion in 2026.1Q and KRW 20,735.2 billion in 2025.2Q), representing
a quarter-on-quarter increase of 0.4% (QoQ 0.4%) and a year-on-year increase of 14.9% (YoY
14.9%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 1,578.8 billion (as compared to KRW 1,673.7 billion in 2026.1Q and KRW 639.4 billion in 2025.2Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter decrease of 5.7% (QoQ -5.7%) and a year-on-year increase of 146.9% (YoY 146.9%).
