Notice to ETP Securityholders of the Series of ETP Securities issued by Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer") listed in the Schedule to this notice

(each a "Series" and together, the "Relevant Series")

The Issuer hereby gives notice of an upcoming modification to the Leveraged and Short Exposure Investment Strategies of the Relevant Series, as further detailed below.

The investment objective of each Leveraged and Short Exposure Investment Strategy is to provide the Leveraged Exposure or Short Exposure, as determined by the applicable Leverage Factor, to the Reference Assets specified for that Investment Strategy in the Base Prospectus.

The Leveraged and Short Exposure Investment Strategies are being amended so that, in addition to the existing means described in the Base Prospectus, the Leveraged Exposure of a Relevant Series may be achieved by acquiring, and the Short Exposure of a Relevant Series by borrowing and selling short, American Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Shares or Global Depositary Shares representing the Reference Assets of that Series and listed or admitted to trading on a specified market (or, for the purposes of the Base Prospectus approved by the Central Bank of Ireland, on a regulated market or equivalent third country market), in each case as those terms are used in the relevant Base Prospectus (the "Investment Strategy Amendment").

The Investment Strategy Amendment is intended to broaden the range of instruments through which the Relevant Series may obtain their exposure to the Reference Assets.

The Investment Strategy Amendment shall be effective as at 2 November 2026. The Investment Strategy Amendment is being made in conjunction with the update of the Base Prospectus currently in progress, and will be reflected in the updated Base Prospectus.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Issuer's Base Prospectus as approved by the FCA on 9 June 2026 and by the Central Bank on 11 June 2026.
