Correction: Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

CORRECTION

The following amendment has been made to the 'Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting' announcement released earlier today, 5 August 2026, under RNS number 2862P.

The venue of the Annual General Meeting has been corrected to the Company's offices at 215 Bothwell St, Glasgow G2 7EZ, UK. All other details, including date and time, remain unchanged. The full corrected text is set out below.

LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV; the "Company"), a leading platform for UK property investment, is pleased to announce that its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 31 March 2026 will shortly be available to view on the Company's website from today, August 5th 2026, at: https://corporate.lendinvest.com/reports-results/

In addition, LendInvest also announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at the Company's offices at 215 Bothwell St, Glasgow G2 7EZ, UK. The Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be made available to view on the Company's website, also at https://corporate.lendinvest.com/shareholder-info/governance/ and is being posted today to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.
