Delay in FY26 audited financial results

 

LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV), a leading UK platform for alternative property finance, announces that the release of its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("FY26"), originally expected today, will be briefly delayed whilst the Company's external auditor, BDO LLP, has requested more time to complete its audit quality control standard procedures for FY26.

 

The Company has not been told of any material audit issues affecting the Group's consolidated financial statements and reiterates the positive FY26 performance and outlook as set out in the FY26 Trading Update released on 23 April 2026.
