Annual Financial Report

Further to the release of Legal & General Group Plc's (the Company) Preliminary Results announcement on 11 March 2026, the Company announces that it has today published its 2025 Annual Report & Accounts (or Annual Financial Report).

The Annual Financial Report is now available on the Company's website at https://group.legalandgeneral.com/en/reporting-hub/Reports alongside the Full Year Results announcement which can be found at https://group.legalandgeneral.com/media/ajreexmv/2025-full-year-results-press-release-and-analyst-pack.pdf.

Printed copies of the Annual Financial Report will be mailed on 9 April 2026 to those shareholders who have previously selected hardcopy as their communication preference, together with the Company's Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting and General Meeting.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Annual Financial Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

This announcement is not a substitute for reading the full Annual Financial Report.

Additional Information

For the purposes of complying with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTRs) and the requirements imposed on issuers through the DTRs, information required to be communicated with the media in unedited full text was included in the Annual Financial Report. The Annual Financial Report was submitted to the NSM and will shortly be available for inspection. It is also available on the Company's website as noted above.
