Issue of Equity

On 30 July 2026 The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") issued:

·      50,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of £12.46 per share.

·      100,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of £12.495 per share.

·      80,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of £12.515 per share.

under its block listing facility; these shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. The issue price equates to a premium to the net asset value per share at the time of the relevant transactions. Following the issuances, the Corporation has the ability to admit a further 9,490,000 ordinary shares under its block listing facility.

As a result of the issuances, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 134,176,079 and the total number of voting rights in the Corporation is 134,176,079. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 134,176,079 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Corporation under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
