Suspension of Shares

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announces that the annual audit is still ongoing and is well progressed, however, the Company will not be in a position to publish its annual report and accounts ("Annual Accounts") for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("FY26") by 30 September 2026, the deadline specified by AIM Rule 19.

Consequently, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 1 October 2026, pending publication of the FY26 Annual Accounts. Further updates will be made as appropriate.
