KR1 plc (LSE: KR1), an onchain infrastructure company that owns, operates and earns income from the networks powering the convergence of AI and blockchain technologies, is pleased to provide an unaudited financial update on its onchain infrastructure operations for the month ended 31 August 2026.

Technology Infrastructure operations: £46,853 income for the month

The income was derived from staking activities with digital assets utilised in KR1’s technology infrastructure operations across Ethereum and certain other networks, as well as AI platforms and protocols.

It represents protocol rewards and fees earned through onchain infrastructure operations and reflects operating output derived from securing and operating network services.

Financial Infrastructure operations: £17,129 income for the month

The income was derived from digital assets utilised in KR1’s financial infrastructure operations, including underwriting discretionary cover for Nexus Mutual and other yield strategies across decentralised finance (“DeFi”) protocols.

 

It represents rewards and fees earned through DeFi operations from active deployment and participation in onchain financial protocols.

Aggregate infrastructure income (year-to-date, unaudited): £651,607

Infrastructure income represents income from digital assets derived from the Company’s Technology and Financial Infrastructure operations. Income from these operations is received in the form of digital assets in the respective decentralised network or protocol and is measured at fair value on the date of receipt.

(*) An adjustment of 80% has been applied to discount the fair value of Bitway (“BTW”) until further notice. This adjustment reflects the Company’s current assessment of the realisable fair value of the holding relative to observed market price, taking into consideration, inter alia, the prevailing market conditions and secondary market structure at this time. The Company’s management team and board of directors will continue to evaluate market dynamics in relation to this holding and assess appropriate valuation and realisation options on an ongoing basis. It is noted that the adjustment applied at this time is not an indication of the Company’s view about the long-term potential of the project and its technology roadmap.

(**) The fair value of NXM is established according to the price of Wrapped NXM (“wNXM”).

(***) During the month of August, the Company received US$700,000 from Sigil PCC Limited corresponding to a partial redemption of 992.277 Participation C Shares in Zee Prime II. The Zee Prime II position detailed above represents the fair value as at 31 August 2026, following the partial redemption and based on the remaining holding of approximately 4,807 Participation C Shares in the Zee Prime II cell of Sigil PCC Limited.
