Kodal Minerals (AIM: KOD), the West African lithium producer, mineral exploration and development company, announces that the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement comprises 20,373,199,594 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 20,373,199,594.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Kodal Minerals plc, the AIM-quoted West African lithium explorer, developer and producer, is the co-developer of its flagship Bougouni Lithium Project in Southern Mali alongside joint venture partner Hainan Mining, a subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed Fosun International.
