All shares were purchased by Kingfisher from GSI as an "on-exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

To date, Kingfisher has purchased 23,030,481 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from GSI in connection with the third tranche of the Programme.
