Completion of first tranche of share repurchase programme

Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that the first tranche of the £300m share repurchase programme announced on 24 March 2026, to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.

BNP Paribas SA, who undertook the first tranche on Kingfisher's behalf (as announced on 10 April 2026), purchased 26,649,016 shares for a total consideration of £75m.

Further details on the second tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
