Kingfisher plc announces the following transactions made by Thierry Garnier, Chief Executive Officer (a PDMR).  

On 25 September 2026, Thierry exercised 1,552,662 nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares of 15 5/7p in the Company, granted to him under the Kingfisher Alignment Share and Transformation Plan (KASTIP) and the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (KPSP). A portion of the vested shares were then sold to satisfy tax and National Insurance liabilities. All of the remaining shares were retained by Thierry and his shareholding as a percentage of salary following the transactions is 457%.
