Of these Shares, there are 16,150,924 held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 July 2026 is 436,724,466.

 

The figure 436,724,466 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
