Kier secures South West Water with c.£140m Network Services Alliance extension

Kier Group plc ("Kier" or the "Group"), a leading infrastructure services, construction and property group, is set to continue delivering vital maintenance and improvements across South West Water's network over the next two years, following a c.£140m extension to its role on the Network Services Alliance (NSA).

The framework extension has an indicative value of c.£140m and runs until March 2028, with Kier being the sole contractor appointed.

The appointment marks the continuation of a long-standing relationship of more than two decades between Kier and South West Water and supports the delivery of front-line network activity.

As part of the extension, Kier will continue to deliver repair and maintenance, leakage activity, network reliability schemes, metering and developer services. The agreement also supports local supply chains and skills development across the region.

In the last year, our teams have delivered more than 25,000 repair and maintenance jobs, alongside over 32,000 metering activities, maintaining performance across a high-volume operational environment.

This NSA extension builds on Kier's continued role across AMP8, including appointments in addition to South West Water with Anglian Water, Severn Trent, Southern Water, Thames Water, United Utilities and Yorkshire Water.
