In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), Kerry Group plc (the "Company)" would like to notify the market of the following:

Kerry Group plc's issued share capital consists of 159,827,382 A ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (159,827,382) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kerry Group plc under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules.

Furthermore in accordance with FCA PRM 1.6.4R, the Company announces the allotment and issuance of 14,912 A ordinary shares of €0.125 each between 16 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 (inclusive) to satisfy awards under the Company's employee share plans, and their admission to trading under the Company's existing block admissions of shares for this purpose (as set out in the table below).
