Kerry Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Kennedy as a non-Executive Director of the Company, and as a member of the Sustainability Committee, with effect from 15 September 2026.

Mr Kennedy has over 30 years business experience in the consumer food and beverage sector having recently finished a long and successful career with Diageo plc where he was a member of the Executive Committee. In his most recent role, Mr Kennedy led Diageo's operations in Europe and in a number of emerging markets where he built a strong track record of delivering growth across diverse geographies and under a wide range of market and economic conditions. Mr Kennedy also provided oversight for Diageo's ESG strategy and helped to shape Diageo's digital commerce strategy across key platforms, markets and route to consumer.

Mr Kennedy has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters requiring disclosure in respect of Rule 6.1.7 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and under LR 6.4.8 (1) to (6) of the FCA Listing Rules.
