In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market (PRM) sourcebook 1.6.4R, the Company announces the allotment and issuance of 4,850 A ordinary shares of €0.125 each between 01 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 (inclusive) to satisfy awards under the Company's employee share plans, and their admission to trading under the Company's existing block admissions of shares for this purpose (as set out in the table below).
