Kendrick Resources Plc (LSE: KEN), the mineral exploration and development company has been notified that its Executive Director Martyn Churchouse on 28 January 2026 purchased 2,486,130 ordinary shares of par value £0.0003 each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 0.5998 pence per Share ("Share Purchase").  As a result of the Share Purchase Martyn Churchouse now has an interest in 2,486,130 Shares representing 0.85% of the Company's Shares.
