Transaction in Own Shares
Keller Group plc ("Keller" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec") in the period from 7 April 2026 to 10 April 2026 as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced by Keller on 30 March 2026.

The Company intends to hold the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will hold 2,729,157 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and will have 73,099,735 Ordinary Shares in issue (including treasury shares).
