Transaction in Own Shares

Keller Group plc ("Keller" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced by Keller on 29 September 2025.

Lowest price per share (pence):	2,135.00
Highest price per share (pence):	2,155.00
Weighted average price per day (pence):	2,149.84

The Company intends to hold the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will hold 3,169,329 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and will have 73,099,735 Ordinary Shares in issue (including treasury shares).
