KEFI Gold and Copper (AIM: KEFI), the exploration and development company focused on gold and copper projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announces, further to the Company's announcements of 19, 20 and 24 March 2026, that a Circular including a Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy, will be posted to shareholders later today.

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at www.kefi-goldandcopper.com

The General Meeting will be held on 14 April 2026 at 4.00 p.m. (AEST) at 49 Pennant Avenue, Denistone East 2112, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Investor Presentation

The Company is pleased to announce that Harry Anagnostaras-Adams, Executive Chairman, will host a live interactive presentation on the Engage Investor platform, on Wednesday 8 April 2026 at 10.00 a.m. BST.
