KEFI (AIM: KEFI), the gold and copper exploration and development company with projects in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Hilton London Angel Islington, 53 Upper Street, London, N1 0UY, United Kingdom at 10:00 a.m. (BST) on Tuesday 30 June 2026.

A circular, incorporating the Notice of AGM, together with forms of proxy, will be shortly available on the Company's website at https://www.kefi- goldandcopper.com

The Company expects to publish its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Monday 8 June 2026.
