Director Resignation and Update on Loan Facility
Kazera Global plc (AIM: KZG), the AIM-quoted investment company, announces that John Wardle has resigned from the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. The Board has accepted his resignation.
The Company also confirms that it remains in discussions with Tracarta Limited in relation to its existing loan facility.
In connection with these discussions, the Company notes that Richard Jennings, Executive Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Geoff Eyre, Non-Executive Chairman, have indicated that they would be willing, subject to agreement of terms and conditions, including the extension of the facility to 1 December 2026, to support the Company in meeting its obligations under the Tracarta loan facility, as detailed in the Company's announcement of 9 August 2024 and subsequently varied on 28 October 2025, which may include, among other options, underwriting repayment.
The Board remains confident in the Company's ability to manage its near-term financial obligations and will continue to progress discussions with relevant stakeholders.
