Karbon Homes publishes ESG report for 2025-26

 

Northern housing association Karbon Homes has today published its ESG Report, outlining its performance against the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).

 

Karbon's Stronger Foundations Strategy is focused on providing good quality homes, delivering excellent customer service, and shaping strong, sustainable places for its communities. To help achieve this, Karbon aims to embed sound environmental, social and governance practices in everything it does.

 

James Clifford, Group Director of Strategic Finance, at Karbon Homes said: "Our ESG report demonstrates how we are working together in Karbon to ensure that we have a positive impact on the environment, on the communities that we work in and on the lives of our customers.

 

"In 2025/26, we continued to deliver at scale, completing 478 new affordable homes, investing in our existing homes to ensure 83.4% our stock now meets EPC C, and providing customers with a wide range of methods both to shape and feed back on our services."
