Results of Annual General Meeting

 

The 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Kainos Group plc took place today at 10.30am.

All resolutions proposed at the AGM were carried through poll voting. The full text of each of the resolutions is set out in the Notice of AGM published on 13 August 2026 which is available on the Kainos website www.kainos.com.

Resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 to 15 were passed as special resolutions.  The following table shows the votes cast on each resolution.
