Kainos Group plc (KNOS), a UK-headquartered IT provider with expertise across three divisions, Digital Services, Workday Services, and Workday Products, today announces that Shruthi Chindalur, independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 22 September 2026. The Board is continuing its succession process and will announce a permanent appointment in due course.

 

As announced on 28 April 2026, Katie Davis, independent Non-Executive Director, steps down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM.  

 

This notification is made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6R.
