This announcement is made in relation to the Company's share buyback programme announced on 8 April 2026 (the "2026 Buyback Programme") under which Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is purchasing ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on its behalf, under the authority granted by shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company.

 

Jupiter announces that, during the period from 13 April 2026 to 17 April 2026 (inclusive), and in accordance with the 2026 Buyback Programme, it purchased the following number of Shares:

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the above purchases and cancellations, the Company has 527,531,635 Shares in issue.  The Company has no Shares held in Treasury.  The total voting rights in the Company is 527,531,635.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.jupiteram.com) on a weekly basis.
