CONFIRMATION OF FULL YEAR RESULTS

Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector, published its unaudited Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 31 March 2026.

On 21 April 2026, the Group's full financial statements were approved by the Board of Directors and reported on by the auditors. There are no changes to the results published on 31 March 2026.
