Judges Scientific plc, a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector, announces that, following an extensive tender process, it has appointed RSM UK Audit LLP as the Company's external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

 

BDO UK LLP, the incumbent auditor since 2022, has resigned and, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation as auditor that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
