The Board announces that the Company's unaudited cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 913.04 pence per share at 30th September 2026. Accordingly, in line with the Company's enhanced dividend distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a first quarterly interim dividend of 9.13 pence per share for the year ending 30th September 2027 will be paid on 1st December 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30th October 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 29th October 2026.

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'), which is managed by the Company's registrar.
