The Company announces that Richard Hills and Jane Lewis have retired from the Board, with effect from 12th May 2026. Sarah Whitney has taken over the roles of Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee and has simultaneously stepped down as Chair of the Audit Committee and of the Remuneration Committee, with Rakesh Thakrar succeeding her in both roles.
