Further to the Company's announcement on 4 August 2025 that it had repurchased all of the Company's outstanding 4.5% Perpetual Debenture Stock ("Indenture Stock"), the Company announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of Indenture Stock from admission to the Official List and admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00am on 24 February 2026.
