The Board of JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Graham Oldroyd as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7th May 2026. On appointment, Mr Oldroyd will serve as Senior Independent Director (SID) and Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee.

Mr. Oldroyd is an experienced Director with strong international leadership profile in private equity and industry, combining wide sector knowledge and in-depth expertise in strategic investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and business development.

Mr. Oldroyd is currently a Non-Executive Director of Senior plc, Deputy Chairman of Videndum plc and Chairman of The Global Smaller Companies Trust PLC.

Mr. Oldroyd does not own any shares of the Company.
