Statement re Reduction of Capital

The Company is pleased to announce that on 11 August 2026 the High Court of Justice (the "Court") confirmed the cancellation of the sums standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve (the "Reduction of Capital"). 

 

The Court order confirming the Reduction of Capital, and a statement of capital approved by the Court in connection therewith, will be sent to the Registrar of Companies shortly. The Reduction of Capital will become effective upon the registration of the Court order and associated statement of capital by the Registrar of Companies.

 

The purpose of the Reduction of Capital is to create additional distributable reserves which will provide the Company with the flexibility to support, amongst other things, the buy-back of shares and the payment of dividends or other distributions in the future.

 

Shareholders do not need to take any further action in relation to the Reduction of Capital.
