Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading provider of intelligent systems for transport networks and critical national infrastructure, announces the issuance of a total of 95,178 new ordinary shares of 6.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options by certain employees and PDMRs, as well as other PDMR dealings.

Pursuant to the Company's 2020 EMI scheme, options have been exercised over 95,178 new Ordinary Shares by certain employees at varying exercise prices of 50p and 105p per share, including 20,000 by Nick Lowe, Chief Financial Officer. Nick subsequently sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares.  Following this transaction, Nick continues to hold a total of 53,500 Ordinary Shares as well as options over a total of 45,000 Ordinary Shares.

In addition, Russ Singleton, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 104,822 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares sold formed part of the Ordinary Shares issued to Russ in January 2025 following the exercise of a put option under the 2014 Employee Shareholder Plan. Following this sale, Russ holds a total of 300,008 Ordinary Shares as well as options over a total of 70,000 Ordinary Shares.

Application has been made for 95,178 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on 28 September 2026. Following Admission, the Company will have 17,769,971 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will be 17,769,971. This figure should be used by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
