Transaction in Own Shares

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces the purchase, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 4 September 2025, of 301,669 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") from Jefferies International Limited during the period 27 July 2026 to 30 July 2026 as part of the first tranche of the share buyback programme announced on 08 July 2026 (the "Programme").

The Company intends to cancel the Ordinary Shares.

Following the cancellation of Ordinary Shares, Jet2 will have 189,804,695 Ordinary Shares in issue and no Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The figure of 189,804,695 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
