 JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces that in the period 03 August 2026 to 07 August 2026 it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares for cancellation through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") as part of the Second Tranche of its share buyback programme announced on 03 August 2026 (the "Programme").
