Update re Jarvis Investment Management Limited ("JIML")

On 5 May 2026 the Company announced the commencement of a process to explore the possibility of a sale of the share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, JIML. Since then a significant number of market participants were contacted and this led to a number of expressions of initial interest. Unfortunately no offers have emerged, and the sale process has now been terminated.

The wind down process of JIML will continue as previously announced, but the Directors consider it is now unlikely that Jarvis will realise any further value from its investment in JIML. The Directors are considering the future of the Company, and in the absence of a suitable opportunity to create future shareholder value in the short term, they intend to make arrangements to return any remaining capital to shareholders later in the year.

Further updates will be provided in due course.

Steve Middleton, Non-executive Director of Jarvis Securities Plc, has approved this announcement and authorised its release.
