RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Jarvis Securities plc, the holding company for Jarvis Investment Management Limited (JIML), announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting contained in the Circular dated 12 May 2026 was duly passed. The Resolution related to the proposed disposal of the Company's leasehold interest in the property known as The Brewery, Tunbridge Wells (the "Proposed Disposal), which was subject to shareholder approval. Full details of the Proposed Disposal are set out in the Company's announcement dated 8 May 2026.

Following the passing of the Resolution, the Proposed Disposal is duly approved and is expected to complete shortly.
