Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (the 'Company') today announces the completion of its US$250 million share buyback announced on 3 November 2025, and the commencement of its new share buyback targeting the return of up to US$500 million to its shareholders (the 'Buyback') announced on 16 June 2026 at the Investor Day.

The Company's ordinary shares will be repurchased by the Company, in accordance with powers under the Bermuda Companies Act and the constitution of the Company. In accordance with the Company's current practice, details of any repurchases made by the Company will be provided to the market via regulatory announcements and published on the Company's website. Any shares which the Company repurchases will be cancelled.

The Buyback is in line with Jardine Matheson Group's capital allocation policy. It is expected that the Buyback will run until the end of 2027.
