Director's shareholding

The Company announces that Steve Hall, a non-executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 1,900 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 521.87 pence per share. Following this purchase of shares, Steve Hall is interested in 2,850 Ordinary Shares.
