Director's shareholding

The Company announces that, on 13 April 2011, Eberhard Lotz, a Director of the Company, exercised options over 16,000 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each at a price of 289.425 pence per share. On the same day Mr Lotz sold these shares at a price of 455 pence per share.
