27 July 2026: IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), IXICO, a global leader in neuroscience imaging and biomarker analytics, using its AI-driven platform to help advance drug development and diagnostics in neurological disorders, today announced that the Company has issued a total of 400,000 share options.

 

These options are awarded to advisors of the Company.  The award follows the approval of a non-employee sub-plan to the IXICO share option plan by shareholders at the general meeting of the Company on 16 April 2026.

 

These options have vesting criteria aligned with the services to which the advisors are contracted over a two-year period.  The options have an exercise price of £0.01.
