FY26 Guidance Upgrade
and
Notice of Preliminary Results
ITM Power is delighted to upgrade its FY26 guidance:
· Adjusted EBITDA loss is now between £20m and £21m, representing a 27% improvement on the previous guidance and a 38% improvement year-on-year
· Revenue and cash guidance remain unchanged
ITM Power further confirms that the Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 April 2026 will be announced on 19 October 2026. Dennis Schulz, CEO, Amy Grey, CFO, and Simon Bourne, CTO, will present to analysts and investors at 9:00am on that date.
The results presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard until 9:00am on 19 October 2026, or at any time during the presentation.
