Notice of Annual General Meeting
ITM Power announces that the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on Friday, 30 October 2026, at 11:00am at 2 Bessemer Park, Sheffield, S9 1DZ.
The Notice of AGM is available to view at https://itm-power.com/investors/shareholder-documents.
The Company continues to work with its new auditors BDO on the finalisation of the first-year audit process and expects to announce its results for the year ended 30 April 2026 in the second half of October 2026.
Due to this timing, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year (the "2026 Annual Report") will not be laid before shareholders at the AGM, but at a General Meeting which will be called for in a further announcement in due course.
The Notice of AGM has also been posted to those shareholders who have requested to receive hard copies.
