Ithaca Energy plc (“Ithaca Energy”) announces, that Deborah Gudgeon, an independent non-executive director of Ithaca Energy, is a director of Abenójar Tungsten, S.A., which has today completed its initial public offering and admission of ordinary shares to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.  Deborah has been a director of Abenojar Tungsten S.A since 29 September 2026, prior to its admission.  This announcement is made for the purposes of UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(R).
