Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

Itaconix plc (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in high-performance plant-based specialty polymers, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), originally scheduled for earlier today, Thursday 14 May 2026, has been adjourned to 14:00 BST on 10 June 2026 at Fieldfisher LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, United Kingdom. Accordingly, no business was conducted and none of the resolutions were considered.

Shareholders are referred to the Notes attached to the Notice of General Meeting, which is available on the Company's website (www.itaconix.com) and which were posted to shareholders on 24 March 2026, with regards to revoking an existing and / or submitting a new proxy appointment.

On that basis, the new deadline for submission of proxy appointments to the Company's registrar will be 14:00 BST on 8 June 2026. Proxy appointments already submitted will remain valid for the adjourned General Meeting unless revoked or superseded by a new proxy.
