iShares J.P. Morgan EM Local Govt Bond UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00B5M4WH52 / IE00BFZPF546

The Directors of the Company wish to advise of certain changes that will be made by the index provider, J.P. Morgan ("Index Provider"), to the J.P. Morgan GBI - EM Global Diversified 10% Cap 1% Floor (the "Index"), the benchmark index of the Fund, as detailed below.

The Index Provider is amending the Index methodology to:

·    remove the current 1% minimum for new market inclusions with effect from on or around 30 September 2026 (the "2026 Effective Date"); and

·    add the Philippines and Saudi Arabia as new markets in the Index and reduce the country cap from the current 10% to 9%, with effect from on or around 29 January 2027 (the "2027 Effective Date").

As a result of the changes taking effect from the 2026 Effective Date, the name of the Index will be changed from "J.P. Morgan GBI - EM Global Diversified 10% Cap 1% Floor" to "J.P. Morgan GBI-EM Global Diversified Capped Net Index".

The Company's prospectus (the "Prospectus") and the Fund's key investor information document (the "KIID") or the key information document (the "KID"), as applicable, will be updated to reflect the changes described above on or around the 2026 Effective Date and, where relevant, on or around the 2027 Effective Date. The updated Prospectus and KIID/KID (as applicable) will be available on www.ishares.com.

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com.
