IQE plc (AIM:  IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading global supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions, is pleased to announce is pleased to announce that at its 2026 Annual General Meeting, held today in London, all resolutions were duly passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 11 to 12 were passed as a special resolution.
