IP Group - Director/PDMR share purchases

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group" or "the Company"), which invests in breakthrough science and technology companies with the potential to create a better future for all, has been notified that on 4 and 5 August 2026, Michael Queen, the Group's Non-executive Chair, Greg Smith, the Group's Chief Executive Officer, and David Baynes, the Group's Chief Financial and Operating Officer, purchased between them a total of 271,368 Shares of 2p each as outlined in the table below.
